The dental clinic consists of five operatories and a panoramic x-ray room.Our staff consists of one dentist, one dental hygienist, and two dental assistants.
The dentist provides dental diagnoses and treatment to patients of all ages and determine when it is appropriate to refer patients to dental specialists. The dental hygienists' main emphasis is on prevention of dental disease and treatment of gum disease. The hygienist takes x-rays, cleans teeth and provides fluoride treatments and oral health education. The dental assistants, as the name implies, help the dentist provide good dental care. They take x-rays and act as another set of hands to provide the dentist with the instruments and materials he may need. Dental assistants set up the treatment room and sterilize instruments after they have been used.
The dental clinic offers a full range of services including: exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures. We utilize the CHS referral system to dental specialists for complex situations when needed.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm. Reception staff schedule routine care appointments, if urgent care is required dental staff will triage the individual and schedule them for the next available opening. We also offer a recall program to help maintain continuity of care.
