The Optical department is open every Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm. CHR’s assist with ordering, dispensing and repairing glasses. Patients can contact the Purchased Referred Care office at (906) 353-4537 to be approved for an eye exam & glasses.

Patients must have a current prescription from an optician or ophthalmologist to place before they can order glasses.

Eye exams are not provided on-site.
